What is your shipping policy?  

We ship within 7-10 business days of your purchase date, via USPS First Class Mail.  Priority and Express shipping are available, contact us for additional fees and details.  hello@saltcityemporium.com  Sorry, we are not able to combine shipping of orders placed at different times through our site.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail, once the tracking number shows progress, any questions will need to be directed to the USPS.  You can reach them at 1-800-ASK-USPS.  

Additionally, we are not able to refund or resend items that may be lost via the postal system.  We do our absolute best to make sure your items are cared for along the way, as well as use the best possible means to keep shipping charges low, which is why we use the United States Postal Office as our shipping carrier.  

What is your fabric made from?

Our children's fabric is made from cotton.  

Our women's line is made from an array of jersey blends, and cottons.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We accept exchanges up to ten days after you have received the item based off of your USPS tracking delivery confirmation, and are happy to exchange for the items we have in stock.  Returns are accepted within 5 days of the USPS delivery confirmation and will be refunded back to your original form of shipment, less the shipping charges.  All sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. 

Can I make a custom request?

Due to our process, custom orders are not an option.  Our apologies, but we are pretty confident our items are so unique that you won't need to customize! 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover and Paypal.  

Do you offer wholesale terms?

Unfortunately we do not offer any wholesaling terms at this time, our retail site keeps us hopping and we have decided to close this avenue for the mean while.
